Unfortunately when you stand in a business line for 10-15 minutes waiting until one of two tellers finish packing something with tape Is not pleasant when we all know how time is important sometimes and those minutes can be a life saver. I think customers should be in first place and than other things that can wait. Plus it feels like I’m at talk show rather than financial institution

I would give this branch 0 stars if I could. I have gone through them for mortgages twice now, and both times have been painful, but the most recent experience being an absolutely excruciating nightmare. I have been told "documents will be ready today, if not tomorrow" at least 8 times and I assure you, it was never ready "tomorrow". At this point I'm supposed to be closing in less than a week and still waiting on documents to be sent to my real estate lawyer. Teller was very rude/dry not professional at all. Sadly nowadays hiring these kids without training them customer service
My mother just waited 1 hours in line 2 damm tellers only what is wrong with you ppl. Letting all these elderly ppl wait an hour on their feet. Disgrace. Lazy ppl you are. Banks are not like they used to be. What a pathetic way to treat you customers.
