I have had the worse cibc experience nonody go to Gianpiero he wants me to do his job for him which is really disappointing and even the branch is really bad I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.
Unfortunately when you stand in a business line for 10-15 minutes waiting until one of two tellers finish packing something with tape Is not pleasant when we all know how time is important sometimes and those minutes can be a life saver. I think customers should be in first place and than other things that can wait. Plus it feels like I’m at talk show rather than financial institution
The most useless banking branch I’ve seen in my life. Almost everyone over there is clueless. They have no clue what is going on other than the most basic things. If you have a problem, rest assured, they have no solution. There is a guy at the front who “welcomes” people in, hes extremely rude. Someone give these people customer service training! Hate CIBC, moving to another bank ASAP
