Very unhappy with the teller. I was asking for a bank draft today on Saturday. He made me wait about 15 mins then gave me the bank draft dated on the next Monday. So I got rejected when try to deposit to Scotiabank in the same mall. Then I had to go back to make a new bank draft dated today. Don’t why this branch did this to me without any explanation.

Tuesday September 24th, 2024. Had a most excellent experience at this branch (Hillside Mall) today. Our personal advisor was outstanding. Her service was wonderful, efficient and very attentive. Highly recommend this CIBC branch.
