Went to the atm and it charges $4.50 Per transaction yes I know banks are a scam. They take your money but they’re not willing to give it but the problem is it only spits out $400 so I needed to do a higher transaction and that’s a nine dollar transaction fee for $700 which I had to do twice so it forced me to do two transactions because it only gave out $400 at the ATM so we are definitely running into a scam situation trying to milk the public from their money. I went the branch of cibc I am very happy with customer service given by Miss Sally . 00930 .she is so lovely person.
I can never get a hold of anyone at this branch and it is very frustrating. I have called multiple times ( directed to VM) and only after calling another branch, I receive a response or call back.
This is the worst branch I’ve ever had to deal with.
