Last week, I made a bank draft with a teller named Priya. I was quite skeptical at first about how it worked and whether Priya would be able to help me, since Sally is usually my go-to teller. However, it turned out to be an amazing experience. Priya was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me with great patience and clarity. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness—definitely a 10/10 experience!
Very disappointing experience at the Hillside Mall CIBC branch. I went in to deposit a CIBC bank draft, but the teller refused to process it and lied to me, saying I had to go to the issuing branch (Mayfair Mall). I was told it would take her too much time to handle it and that it would only take me a few minutes to drive there. Special thanks to all staff at Hillside branch!- I had lost two of my bank cards during a visit and had not realized until the financial advisor Jingjing called me. I learnt that the cards dropped there when I was doing business at the counter and were found and kept by CIBC staff. I didn’t find a chance to say thanks face to face to Jingjing the next day when I pick up the cards so hopefully she will know how grateful I feel. And thanks to all CIBC staff including my advisor Rene for all the support during the years.
