The lack of knowledge (ie. didn't know how incomes taxes function) and poor communication by their financial advisor was the cherry on top of years of poor services the past decade. I had to follow up daily for a week to get a response after not hearing anything for almost a month. I still never got a reply to my last question a month ago. RBC is in the same complex. Go there.

Bank itself is great but teller service like all banks lack. There always seems to be someone there to show you how to use ATM services. I had gone to teller to US funds and was sent to ATM to perform service myself. Not sure if this is just there way of teaching the public that ATM's can be used for everything or a lack of knowledge by staff to do it for you at the Teller

Drove here after work to deposit my cash, turns out they lock the doors to the ATM’s now?? What’s the point of ATM’s if you can’t use them after hours, some people have to work late. Smh

Louie Yang was fantastic financial services representative to deal with. He helped me sign up for a student chequing account and credit card. CIBC offered both of these for four years without fees. She got me all set up within an hour, which was extremely convenient. Louie deserves a raise.
