I preordered US$4000 and paid over CAD$5800 from my chequing account. I went to pick up the cash, the cashier is giving me a sealed plastic bag and refuses to open it and count the money in front of me. When I insisted, he first asks if I am accusing him for stealing from it and then accuses me of having attitude. Isn't their job to show and count the money? After 22 years of being a customer to CIBC I can not believe the way they treated me there.
