Warning: Please be very careful when visiting this branch. There is a bank advisor named "Himanshu" who acted unethically when I asked him for investment advice. While passing me documents related to investments, he also slipped in a credit card insurance form without properly informing me. He mentioned it was “free for the first two years,” but I later discovered that I was being charged about $400 for six months of insurance on a credit card I always pay on time and never needed insurance for. Had great experiences here when I lived in Victoria. The customer service from Max was always top tier. And the GM was exceptional last year when there was a hiccup during the process of buying our first home, and he helped us come to a quick resolution.

I had a terrible experience at this branch, where an employee refused to help me with a problem with a cheque I had deposited there. The bank saw fit to put this cheque on hold for a whole month. The useless employee then offered that they needed authorization from the east, instead of what I had been told. And when I suggested they could do it the next working day instead, they refused to do that. Best Experience ever with there Financial Service Representative , Mons Mathew. He genuinely cares about making sure his clients understand their banking accounts and investments. Mons goes above and beyond when taking the time to understand and support his clients, especially considering the volatile uncertain times going on in the world.
