Impatient staff. Never want to step foot in this branch again.
When to get the refund for the xtra charges on my line of credit. Bank manager started advising to keep track of everything rather than admitting that i was charged xtra. Then informed me that he can refund half of the charges. Half a week of coffee from that money.Ridiculous service.
Went in to close out a TSFA account, frustrated as well by lack of response from their telephone services, especially credit card. Tyson immediately stepped in when teller was basically non-helpful. What a pleasure to deal with someone who is actually responsive and customer focused. He even tried reaching credit card services, and apologized as it was taking too long & he had clients. I just appreciate someone actually taking initiative in a banking setting...so long since this has happened for me.
The Imperial Advisors (Komal and her assistant Carlos) never returned calls and were unhelpful. Where is the "Imperial" in the service? No one answers the phone at this branch and general voicemail is not returned. The manager at this branch is obviously totally ineffective.
