Terrible service at this branch- moving my banking elsewhere.
Tyson called ME in to review my financials and then switched my account so I could pay more in service fees. Amazing.
poorly managed, there's no accountability among the staff, and the Imperial Advisors don’t return calls or respond to emails
Impatient staff. Never want to step foot in this branch again.
When to get the refund for the xtra charges on my line of credit. Bank manager started advising to keep track of everything rather than admitting that i was charged xtra. Then informed me that he can refund half of the charges. Half a week of coffee from that money.Ridiculous service.
