I had a surprisingly good experience with Howard, who helped me with getting a void cheque for my business. For some unknown reason I cannot do this online with my business account, but I can for my personal account. I'm used to service at banks being mediocre at best, but he went above and beyond the standard I'm used to these days.
Service was very quick and the staff very ki d and helpful.
Very unprofessional staff in this bank. Their staff is like untrained and don’t understand their company’s policy at all. They confuse and mislead their customers . They also won’t respond to their clients and just keep hiding. Be careful when you try to use this bank, especially in this branch.
Extremely bad service. Sent email and left message to account manager. No response after 2 weeks. Called Manager - no response... Moving my money to another bank. Bye CIBC. Update: finally got a call from the manager, after 2 days. Too late... you had your chance.
