Stopped in on my day off to my regular CIBC who has provided world class service to my self to everyone on each and every visit. Thank you all from your knowledgeable associates to the management team for your services. Proud to bank at this location for genuine and compassionate service.
I was around 2weeks ago to the bank to make me a new debit card , reason (fraud). I discussed my problem with Rhonda Phillips-Chan Financial Services Reprezentative. In the time we talked she told me, “the money you have in your account are not yours all”!!!! After she said this affirmation, she said , “I have to go to talk to the manager “ , I wait to come back, she said again, the money from your account are not your all”!!!
