An employee removed me from the line before even looking my account up, stating that costco card issues need to be dealt with over the phone, even though I told them I just needed to verify my ID and address at a branch as a new user. They still insisted that they have no control over this so I decided to call while staying at this location. Very nice and good service
Great bank, services and especially staff. Was greeted a by a very nice and warm teller named Sara she introduced me to someone who could help me named Candice. Both very helpful and ended up saving me money actually. 11/10 definitely recommend CIBC branch, come here and ask for Candice (Jiefang) or Sara and you wont have a bad day.
