I’ve been dealing with this branch for months, and every time I come in, I face the same frustrating experience. One particular employee (I wish I didn’t have to mention this) is extremely unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. Instead of assisting customers properly, he does things halfway just to cause inconvenience and delay. February 2025 Update: Mena & Dora are the best. Easy and simplified process. Mena even found someone to assist me regarding fraud that happened to my account. Made me feel appreciated and Mena was definitely looking out for me. Accidentally dropped my passport outside and they called me back asap to let me know I dropped it! Dora was very kind & friendly throughout the process. Although some systems were down, I observed Mena taking action to ensure all customers receive immediate care. Kudos to the branch once again! Same issue as everybody with Rita, no type of customer service or anything. I needed my identify verified, and she brushed me off and told me to tell her what number to call. I gave her clear instructions on what the rep told me, and she said no. Once I started putting a lil base in my tone, she switched up. Again like the other reviews it’s clear she just tries to brush off clients.
