Long wait times, and tellers choose which customers to serve. Then, luckily, when you're chosen, the service is so bad that for a small deposit transaction you wait for at least 10 minutes, and on top of that, the people they have hired have no knowledge. I can keep going with the fine services that they provide.
I went there to deposit a check. The employees do not know anything about banking and they may steal money from you without your knowledge. What happened is that the money should be deposited instead they took money from me. The other thing is that the money is from the CRA and they told me after that you talk to them. That is, they are doing something wrong and they do not want to admit it. This is unbelievable and the service is very bad.
