I went there to deposit a check. The employees do not know anything about banking and they may steal money from you without your knowledge. What happened is that the money should be deposited instead they took money from me. The other thing is that the money is from the CRA and they told me after that you talk to them. That is, they are doing something wrong and they do not want to admit it. This is unbelievable and the service is very bad.
We had a great experience with Girish Hemrajani at the bank. He was patient, answered all our questions clearly, completed everything on time, and even followed up with the next steps. Truly professional and helpful. I highly recommend him!
Absolutely the worst service and incompetence I have ever experienced. I am speaking of the managers who are lazy , inconsiderate and cannot explain anything in details. They do not want to assist you or provide an explanation. They are simply programmed to deny every request or frustrate you. This is despite a wealth of business that I have been providing to them for over 8 years. CIBC - what are you going to do to treat your customers with the care, respect and service they are entitled to?
