Friendly staff, especially Alex, is great!! Parking and the location are very convenient.
All i wanted to do is to talk to an financial advicer what I wanted to do. She totally assumed I was going to pay cash, which I never said. I just needed info on how to go about to pay off a loan. Bad results. Bad telephone communication on her part. Discouraging to say the least. No appointment was made.
