I forget the name of the lady that helped me the other day. I want to say it was Tracy, but I could be wrong. Anyways she was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel that my switch to CIBC was a good one. Thank you!! This was the Niagara Square branch I visited.
Never pick up the phone call or call back even if you leave your phone number,very bad customer service, if I can give 0 rating I would prefer to give that.
