Never enough staff working
Very happy I was able to use the atm past 8pm
I would like to sincerely commend the receptionist working at the front desk during my visit. I don’t remember her name,(aram) but this was the second time she assisted me, and she once again provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, patient, professional, and very helpful. Seems old way of banking Whenever I go there , I feel still living the era of 70s. Need more improvements.
As a non client, asking to cash a cibc cheque in my personal name with all my ID. They refused saying under policy , but wouldn't show me the policy. Then pulled up an irrelevant screenshot of Google for a rule that didn't apply to the situation, claiming that's the policy.
