Extremely unprofessional experience at this CIBC branch. I came in on a Saturday to open a business credit card and was told someone would follow up with me. No one ever called.I returned to the branch a few days later. An employee spent quite a bit of time going through things on the computer, only to tell me in the end that they couldn’t help me.
