I was late one day with the credit card payment and was charged interest rate and two times 50 service fee. The customer service with the credit card was terrible.
Too much waiting time in line . Customer is waiting for there turn about 30 to 40 minutes
The lines at this bank is crazy. Every single time I go the lineup to see the tellers is backed up, and they only have 1-2 tellers working. Minimum wait time is usually 20+ minutes. I am currently writing this while standing in line here. I have been in line for 25 minutes, there is still 3 people ahead of me and 8 people behind me
