The worst branch, there are always queues, there are never or very few people. Very incompetent employees, they will never tell you anything, only denials. I asked to increase the amount of money from the card, they said that everyone did, so far the limit is the same. In a word, complete horror, completely disappointed. In the near future I will close the account and change the bank. I do not recommend this particular branch.

My husband and I have been long-time clients of CIBC, but our experience with the Langford branch over the past three years has been extremely disappointing.
