Been trying to get ahold of this branch for over a month, no one ever answers or returns calls. Unfortunately I don’t live here so I can’t just go in. Would really appreciate a call back. All the employees just stand around and always just say they can’t help you. What are they getting paid for??? Worst bank ever!!
The female manager was not helping. Asked her to add another number to my bank account but she told me just to push notifications on my phone. When a client requests something simple that is definitely also part of your job, you should just do it. Then I went the branch located in downtown and their manager helped me.
I had an appointment with the pedantic drone Concepcion R. involving my mother's estate. I want to be very clear about this: There was no offer of condolences. Love CIBC, but this branch location is terrible. The lady at the front has the worst attitude when it comes to dealing with questions. Not helpful, repeats herself. Especially when not actually answering the question I am asking.
