Do not recommend. Very bad customer service
I opened an account at this bank, and my app didn’t allow me to set my PIN number, so I went to the branch in the south area to ask how I could set the PIN number. The lady who helped me was very annoyed; when I asked the first question, she made an unpleasant gesture, and her way of speaking was very abrupt. Honestly, I was really disappointed, being a new client. So, I’m going to call to cancel this card. It was a bad decision to have joined this bank. Thank you.
I had a great experience with my bank advisor Con Rieta,were very helpful and patient in assisting me with my banking account. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. I really appreciated how approachable and professional they were throughout the process. I’m very thankful for the support and excellent service.
Seriously, who has a bank with zero tellers? I was there today. The lineup was ridiculous. The girl did her best and she did a really good job but seriously hire some bloody tellers like don't be so cheap. We're your customers and you need to be taking better care of us.
