The service at the main desk was prompt and completed part of my tasks quickly. Unfortunately, they do not have actual bank teller services so I was not able to complete all that I came in to do. The staff referred me to the 🏧 and the downtown location. Which BTW is a terrible spot for parking and very much understaffed. It would be nice to be able to have all my banking needs taken care of in 1 place.
Been trying to get ahold of this branch for over a month, no one ever answers or returns calls. Unfortunately I don’t live here so I can’t just go in. Would really appreciate a call back. All the employees just stand around and always just say they can’t help you. What are they getting paid for??? Worst bank ever!!
The female manager was not helping. Asked her to add another number to my bank account but she told me just to push notifications on my phone. When a client requests something simple that is definitely also part of your job, you should just do it. Then I went the branch located in downtown and their manager helped me.
