Love CIBC, but this branch location is terrible. The lady at the front has the worst attitude when it comes to dealing with questions. Not helpful, repeats herself. Especially when not actually answering the question I am asking.
They might be understaffed sometimes but you can really see that they try their best to serve each customer.
ATM closed in the evening. I don't know if the people at the bank dont know this yet, but we don't all work at the bank, so it would be great if the ATM would open in the evenings. If I could, I would leave a negative star!
