Only two tellers even though 20 people are waiting in the line. Why do you need such a huge space when only two tellers are working?
ATM closed after hours. They have ATM in a secure separate area from the rest of the bank and security guard onsite, but wont allow access to ATM. I work during the day which makes this branch useless.
Horrible bank - always has long lines and the tellers don't know the most basic things such as "can I withdraw US dollars from the ATM at your bank". Don't even bother calling - they will just hang up on you if they answer at all.
The hours this branch has it should just shut down for something that gonna be open and worth time. Why is this branch the only one open in this city . What the point of having a branch their when your never open
