Very disappointing experience due to Dhvani Bhatt and her extremely unprofessional and poor customer service skills. Instead of asking her coworkers for help because she was unable to perform the task that I booked my appointment specifically for, she had an attitude with me instead???? On top of that she was over 15 minutes late for my appointment with no apology. Sad to see people with 0 customer service skills working in a customer service based environment.

Unprepared and un-informed. Cibc customer lines are down shocker. Booked appointment at bank with D.B., with information about the appointment in the comment section. Teller was unprepared for appointment, had no idea what it was about and then said they couldn't do anything at all because the manager was away. HOW does a bank not have an on-call or manager present?? BIG security risk and I left with nothing done and no apologies just her saying come back or go somewhere else. waste of time.
