I want to thank Shelly who, I think, is a front office manager. After a terrible and humiliating experience with another manager, namely ms bhatt, she was very helpful and understanding.
Super creepy security guard walked out to the ATM to check me out while I was there with my baby. It's hard enough coming here with how sketchy this corner is but that reached a whole new level of feeling unsafe for me. I definitely recommend going to a different branch to do your banking.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the single worst banking experience of my life, and it ended a 52-year family relationship with CIBC. Do not do business here if you value your time, your privacy, or your sanity. Save yourself the trouble. Go to any other bank, or even any other CIBC branch.
