Horrible bank - always has long lines and the tellers don't know the most basic things such as "can I withdraw US dollars from the ATM at your bank". Don't even bother calling - they will just hang up on you if they answer at all.
The hours this branch has it should just shut down for something that gonna be open and worth time. Why is this branch the only one open in this city . What the point of having a branch their when your never open
Today, a little after 12p.m., I visited this branch to get a replacement card after leaving mine in the machine last week. When I arrived, there were two staff members visible, but only one teller was serving customers. Shortly after, the second staff member disappeared, leaving just one active teller. I waited over 35 minutes and eventually asked the teller if someone else could help. He explained that the other staff member was on lunch.
