Had a great experience opening my bank account with Ravjeet Singh at CIBC. He was very helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend his service!
All good, except of the point that when u use the number from online to call, its sharing u another phone number (coz first one is not avaible) and the new one is a scam which is asking you about credit card details(((
Zero Rating I had a very disappointing experience at this CIBC branch. The service is extremely slow, with only one staff member at the counter assisting customers even though many people were waiting in line. The long wait times made the visit frustrating and inefficient. I expected better staffing and customer service from a major bank. Because of this repeated poor experience, I am now seriously planning to switch to another bank.
Worst experience! Only one teller available and a huge line-up. Had to wait far too long just for basic service. Very disappointing.
Yikes ! No staff, longest wait times to speak to a teller. Hopefully they plan to hire because it's been over a year of this.
