Avoid banking with these guys at all costs. My head seriously hurts after doing business with these guys.
Terrible terrible service and employees. Without a care in the world they continue to take it easy as the line up gets crazy. Possibly if they see people lining up, one of the 2 tellers goes away. So so happy to not be part or CIBC anymore at all. Continue with your shitty service!!
Extremely rude personnel, I didn’t get the name of the lady because she wasn’t wearing her name tag, probably to avoid backlash for being rude to customers. Once a month I come to pick up change for laundry, today, I stayed in line for 30 minutes, to be “helped” by somebody unwilling to stand up from her seat to get what I needed, 100 worth of loonies… but wait, apparently is my fault because I came after a long weekend… mind you, I also came to do credit card payments, that took me 15 seconds at the atms, I can see why atms... read more
CIBC has lost all its customer service over the last few years. The manager at this branch is the absolute worst. After a physical trip to the bank as well as being tossed between the manager at the phone-in center(Ripal) and the manager at this Branch three times, back and forth back and forth. Neither one wanted to take any responsibility or provide any help. After over an hour and a half on the phone with our lawyer and Ripal our call was very conveniently dropped.
