I am extremely disappointed with the service at this CIBC branch. I’ve been standing in line for more than 30 minutes, and despite the long lineup, there is only one teller helping customers. Every time someone asks, we’re told that “another teller will be here soon,” but it ends up taking nearly an hour. Honestly, the worst bank ever my client was there two hours and still could not be helped. Went to another branch and in five minutes was helped. What is the purpose of this bank? The tellers are uneducated and the manager knows nothing
-Zero Both tellers were present but showed zero interest in helping customers, despite a visible lineup. They appeared to be avoiding work and did not manage the line at all. When I asked for assistance, I was simply told “no” with no explanation or professionalism. This is unacceptable customer service. If this is how customers are treated, I will seriously consider closing my accounts and moving to another bank. Management needs to take immediate action regarding these tellers.
