Why is there only 1 teller working at 1pm on a Wednesday? Awful customer service.
They have room for 5 bank tellers but every time I go in only 1 or 2 most are working. Don't use this branch unless you like waiting in long lines.
Terrible experience with both tellers and financial advisors here. Go to the downtown CIBC instead.
Always a big smile and happy staff to greet me. I've witnessed so much verbal abuse towards the tellers and they always handle it with a smile and understanding. I hope this 5 star reviews brightens their day
