credit card cancellation due to fraud, new one sent “got lost” resent (1 month later) ‘expedited’… still hasn’t arrived (1week later); no communication and have to fight in the branch to get anything done
They asked for a copy of my POA which they don't need to see for me to take money out of a joint bank account. Also if I come up the counter, don't tell me to use the ATM
The operator is so rude and cut me off. Bad experience
