I have been visited this bank for years and all staff were friendly and helpful until today we’ve encountered a staff named Yuvraj. He was completely miserable. As he was available he didn’t say a word just staring at us without any expression on his face the entire time we were approaching the counter. So we started greeting him and stated why we were there. And his following approach was really passive and barely friendly. You were doing customer service and interacting with people bring some manners ?!
Hello, I just want to share my experience in this particular branch - I tried to deposit my regular paycheque, I was assisted first by a man and then this lady named Chiamaka Nwachukusu interrupted and said she can't take off the hold. Im just wodering I always deposit my regular paycheque for a year now and the cibc I go with made it all available after the deposit.
