Amandeep is a terrible branch manager. She is smug, inconsiderate, talks down to you and lacks the basic understanding and reasoning skills required to provide good customer service. But that comes as no surprise. Customer service and the necessary skills required to provide it effectively is seemingly non existent in her native country.

Bank is good and service is fantastic
Today is the end if the month, only one cashier at the desk, the bank looks empty except from customers, the line extends to the door. Very bad customer service
