Bank is good and service is fantastic
Today is the end if the month, only one cashier at the desk, the bank looks empty except from customers, the line extends to the door. Very bad customer service

Very Bad experience, I got there for certificate, it’s hardly take 4-5 minutes to get it, but I wait there almost 15-20 minutes. Then employee mentioned they need approval(signature) from manager. I got that certificate before but there was only current date stamp required no signature require from managar. I don’t know why they are denying. I Felt employee are running far from their responsibilities( heard their conversations from back wall) from small request from customer. Totally wasted my time and postponed my all work.... read more
