Terrible customer service everytime have to wait for more than 30mins in the line to get help from one of the teller. Even though there are lot of people in bank who doesn't do anything just test the patience of customers by just keep them waiting. Very very poor service one of the shitty branch
I want to compliment the very helpful and knowledgeable bank teller Ginger. She has helped me recently on a number of occasions to sort out some bank charges. I find her to be extremely compatant and pleasant to deal with. When I go to this branch I always wait for her to become available to help me. Ginger is a real credit to this CIBC branch. Thank you Ginger!
Took cash from the ATM. Got a ripped Bill. Went to bring it back to deposit back in my account. Wouldn't accept it without the other portion of the bill?! You gave me the bill? I'm not responsible for your machines ripping bills. The lack of accountability is now me switching banks.
