Terrible customer service. I reached out to CIBC for help with an issue on my account, and they offered no proper assistance. I was either ignored, transferred around, or given no real solution. It’s very disappointing how they treat customers when support is genuinely needed. I expected better from a major bank. If you’re looking for good service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
