I booked an appointment with financial advisor at Royal Oak branch in Victoria. I didn't understand half of what the advisor was saying. I am sorry but, how can I trust my savings to someone who can't speak English. I know we are multicultural society, but there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. Please hire employees that put the work and learn decent English!!!

Staff know about this but the ATM on the left at this branch is BRUTALLY Slow. Branch Admin, you need to replace it soonest, been over a year!!
I walked into the bank today, there was two tellers on duty one was free. Daniel was my teller and he did an excellent job. He was fast and got me on my way quickly.
Worst bank ever. Can't get our accounts closed fast enough, mortgages, business accounts and personal. What a joke of a company.
