Afrooz is an incredible advisor. I went to see her today and she helped me so much, beyond my expectations she went above and beyond for me. Very rude service first time in canada at a bank . May be need to get trained about how to talk with a customer at a counter , may be the supervisor or branch manager has very low level of communication woo ever at the branch today Nov 29th around 4 45 pm .
