Excellent place to bank
I was in on August 22nd to see if there were any options to deal with some debt via our line of credit. Had a great chat, and in the end I received some info that there was only a little bit of an increase that could be given, which is better than nothing. I was asked for more information. When I responded 2 weeks later (as a custodian the last week of August/first week of Sept kept me too busy to respond) I gave some info and asked some questions to help me understand the reasoning of such a small increase. Ridiculously restricted hours to access the ATM in the lobby vestibule due to vandalism/squatters. Make it impossible to get cash before 9:30am and after 4pm. CLOSED ON SUNDAY so if you need to access your funds/banking you are out of luck. Often 1 of the 2 ATMs are also not working. So what are my service charges for if not to help give me better/expected service because the fees are ridiculous and the service offering stinks.
I think its pretty pathetic that you can't use the ATM AT THE ACTUAL BANK after 2pm on Saturday and it doesn't open again until Monday. They blame the homeless sleep in the vestibule I guess this branch/town is too cheap to invest in security if that is there reason. Also adding the advisors that work here take way to long getting back to you on any information you may need. It doesn't matter if you've signed up to be a client yesterday or have been one for 30+ they don't see you as their business a priority which is ironic ... read more
