While I understand the need for locking the vestibule at night, how about open it during the weekend, how is anybody who works 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday? Supposed to get any banking done?

I've had a horrible experience with Mariam over the last few months. I asked a few days ago to be called because I have questions about something regarding my Dads Estate and I was completely ignored. Today, she emails and says she closed the file, still completely ignoring my request to be contacted via phone so I could ask my questions....
