I've had a horrible experience with Mariam over the last few months. I asked a few days ago to be called because I have questions about something regarding my Dads Estate and I was completely ignored. Today, she emails and says she closed the file, still completely ignoring my request to be contacted via phone so I could ask my questions.... The hours here are joke. Who opens for business at 9:30 and is closed on the weekends? With the past interactions I have had with this branch and CIBC in general they won't have my business for much longer.
Great service. Friendly staff. Was able to get my debit card replaced with NO PROBLEMS. LOVE THIS BANK. Just the service charge is quite expensive.
