Applied for a student line of credit online only to find out I still have to make an appointment to come in to find my results, like what’s the point of letting my apply online then you guys already ran a hard credit check on me and won’t even tell me the result
Came into the bank to apply for a credit card. I was told to make an appointment or call a specifically number. I chose to apply by phone. I waited 1 hour 45 minutes to speak to someone and they tell me they don't do application by phone, you do it online or in the branch. The people working at this bank don't know there information and are not educated. I phone tje bank to complain and nobody picked up or has returned my call. Worst service ever…there are employees talking to each other and laughing but can’t attand the next customer in line ..except that indian girl ..no one want to work I wanted to leave zero star if i could
