What kind of bank doesn't handle cash? Disgraceful.
I have gone to this location at 6:45pm twice now and they keep closing early. It says the ATM is open until 7pm. The staff keep leaving early so dont trust what the sign says outside.
This branch only has one customer service desk to help with regular banking transactions.
We had a great experience opening our first account at the branch with Sheeba Sasi this morning. She is very helpful and professional, and the process was smooth and enjoyable.
I have banked with them for 20 years years, this in now the worst service I'm ever had. Something is WRONG with adim.
