Entrance of the bank smells like urine .... Inside the bank are some of the worst customer service people ... Highly rude an insensitive to customers ... I do not recommend banking here unless it's just to use an ATM
Had a great experience with Gandhi at CIBC on Kingston Road. He did an excellent job as a finance advisor, explained everything clearly, and even provided app offers and a signing kit to make the process smooth. Very professional and helpful service!
I have called the branch 5 times regarding a banking error. Left a message each time and I get echoing silence. I tried to send a fraud message online but still, echoing silence.
The ATM took my money and didn't deposit it lol.
