Not worth even a 1 star for the way you service senior citizens. My 74 year Old mom went in 3 different times To open up an chequing account to deposit pension. Turned her around 2 times in one day. Saying come at a different time. Second visit they are busy so told her to come at a different time. 3rd visit told that she needs to book an appointment. Entrance of the bank smells like urine .... Inside the bank are some of the worst customer service people ... Highly rude an insensitive to customers ... I do not recommend banking here unless it's just to use an ATM
