Not worth even a 1 star for the way you service senior citizens. My 74 year Old mom went in 3 different times To open up an chequing account to deposit pension. Turned her around 2 times in one day. Saying come at a different time. Second visit they are busy so told her to come at a different time. 3rd visit told that she needs to book an appointment.
