what unprofessional experience this week. Booked appointment to open new account at 4 pm. advisor called ane requested if we can come at 3.30. we ve been there at 3.15. and asked to have wait till 3.45 .. if you can't respect customer's time and value it.. guess what there are plenty of others.. would not recommend at all.
CIBC has turned into a joke for business accounts. Now all request and services for business accounts cannot be done through the branches and you have to call a phone number that you stay on for hours waiting and eventually the cut you off.
