Terrible bank that won't give u a roll of loonies and a roll of twonies for my laundry unit in my building. Came in today and was denied a roll of each. I said "what do u mean you are a bank?!" This is the worst branch I've ever dealt with. They closed without updating their hours on Google Business. I left work early to get here only to discover it was closed. I strongly advise against banking with them.
I have been having trouble with this branch for awhile now. I often have checks that are in US funds. I can deal with funds being put on hold but not with the bank itself taking money from the funds that are being held. Especially when my overdraft would have covered if I overslept paying bills and shopping. Probably going to open an account somewhere else as I can't get an answer from anyone including the new manager
This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. They hire unprofessional and incompetent employees who cause customers to waste time, money, and energy. Last week, I had an appointment with a bank employee Jaspreet jaspreet regarding withdrawing money from my tfsa account. She claimed that if the money was withdrawn, it would be “lost a room even next year” and I would never be able to get it back. I knew this was nonsense, but she insisted.
