It started off good and went down south in a hurry ! Trying to open a Estate Account and it's still on going a Month Later. Amy Lanfranconi was a big disappointment after her 1 week holiday. I'm not going back to Frederick Mall now to shop. Ended up spending time talking to my Lawyer which resulted in more money being spent. Lawyer charges 350.00 Hour.

what unprofessional experience this week. Booked appointment to open new account at 4 pm. advisor called ane requested if we can come at 3.30. we ve been there at 3.15. and asked to have wait till 3.45 .. if you can't respect customer's time and value it.. guess what there are plenty of others.. would not recommend at all.
