They were able to help us in 15 minutes what was taking another branch more than 2 days. But CIBC is lost in complicated business practices nobody understands, from outside nor inside. Thanks for helping though.
Terrible bank that won't give u a roll of loonies and a roll of twonies for my laundry unit in my building. Came in today and was denied a roll of each. I said "what do u mean you are a bank?!" Paying $16.95/mth for a service that does not even provide what a bank should and more importantly does have on hand but a disabled woman who walked an hour with groceries in her hands wasted half an hour waiting on the ONLY teller on a Friday at the end of the month when everybody gets their cheques from the government to have 1 tell... read more
This is the worst branch I've ever dealt with. They closed without updating their hours on Google Business. I left work early to get here only to discover it was closed. I strongly advise against banking with them.
I have been having trouble with this branch for awhile now. I often have checks that are in US funds. I can deal with funds being put on hold but not with the bank itself taking money from the funds that are being held. Especially when my overdraft would have covered if I overslept paying bills and shopping. Probably going to open an account somewhere else as I can't get an answer from anyone including the new manager
