Worst cibc in kanloops. Never any customers in there yet they can never answer their phones. Absolute trash
I have been to this branch and it is one of the worst banks I’ve ever been to. 75 calls in 2 days and no answer. The manager here had suggested me to deposit a co payable cheque normally in my account without any endorsement from the other party which came as a shock to me. It’s been 2 months now and I still haven’t received the funds in my account and they say even they don’t know anything about it. They really lack a good amount of knowledge when it comes to managing people’s funds which need to be highly trusted.

Can't exchange change at the damn bank. What a useless branch. Don't bother coming here
