This branch is full of lazy people who just have one answer to all questions. Call on number on back of your card!!! Why this branch even exist and paying the staff if an individual has to take care of everything by himself. Regret opening a business account with cibc
Worst service. Came to pick my credit card and there was no one to attend. One lady came and told me that they are in a meeting and booked till end of the day so she can not help. Why to open the branch if you don't need customers? No wonder bank is going down the hill.
10 plus years I have been with cibc From online Worst Customer service experience and Then to the branch worst service Dmytro have no clue how to talk to customer . He need a good training program plan for him Waste my weeks to just move my line of credit to my mortgage Simple steps turn into nightmare then I just gave up
Gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give zero. Waited for 30 mins, no one would even look at me let alone help me. Wondered down the offices, no one offered to help. Why even be open? Do they have a local manager?
