If 0 stars was an option I'd give it. Literally every Single Time I come in to this branch they don't acknowledge me for about 5mins. I'll stand at the front desk (where not a single person is found) I wait around for someone, anyone and majority of the stuff I want done they refuse to do. It's always a waste of time and they are NEVER friendly or welcoming. Furthermore don't bother trying to call this branch, apparently their phones aren't connected.
This branch Can only do financial advisories, they will not do a single thing other than that. You're able to come in and use the ATMs, but anything else they will not help you with. Everytime I come in they send me to another branch
Absolutely horrible service. Comments dont lie. Credit card came ob March 3rd manager name Jennifer saw it and signed it and didn’t initiate call to my husband. We had to call and call over again. Truly lazy people, line hangs up all the time too. Horrible! Awful lazy ! Unwilling to help and doesn’t care about customers, tryst me takes a lot for me wastw time weite reviews so this means it was really bad
