Amazing people doing fabulous job
This is literally the worst cibc bank I've gone to. The atm is almost always out of order for withdrawing or depositing money, and they lock up super early (sometimes 30mins-1hour early and you can't access the atm at all). Staff are not helpful and give incorrect information, I would suggest going to literally any other cibc.
Most CIBC banking we do is online or over the phone, but I can't seem to leave them a review. Have been with multiple branches over the last 15 years - the service has just gotten worse. They do not reward loyalty. Tellers or agents say one thing, and then it doesn't often happen. For example (just 1 of many...), we used a line of credit and then closed it through the branch... until a month later, we got a notice that they approved another draw on it, and we had pending charges.
