This is literally the worst cibc bank ive gone to. The atm is almost always out of order for withdrawal or depositing money, and the lock up super early (sometimes they even luck up 30mins-1hour early and you can't access the atm at all). Staff are not helpful and give incorrect information, I would suggest going to literally any other cibc.

Terrible. I received a voice msg that an investment that needs to update instructions which can’t be done on online banking& phone customer service. Called back 3 times in 2 days and left voicemails. No one answered the call or ever called back. Now I have to go to one of branches to do it in person. How can they expect to compete with other companies with this service quality?
Turned up to realise the ATM hours have changed.
