just overall terrible service from CIBC at both westshore locations, I would advise them to overhaul there client services.
I find the service here good. Much better than the Langford branch. Kash is very courteous and efficient.
I don’t recommend this branch. Went there to open my new account and new credit card. Was told my credit information went wrong and ask me to contact equifax. After trying multiple times with Equifax and couldn’t fix the problem I gave up and went to Scotia and the staff over there offered to help me with equifax which this branch never offer and kept asking if I fixed the problem. And guess what, when I visit CIBC at Belmont branch I told them about my credit report situation and they were baffled because as an new comer th... read more
