I stopped by at this branch to inquire about possibly opening USD High Interest Savings Account though Renaissance Investments which is part of CIBC. Female employee who was acting as a teller attempted to give me some vague information on this account. She said that it was a mutual fund even though on website it was listed as USD High Interest Savings Account. Two days ago, I went to the branch on Jacklin Road to open a business account. An Indian employee assisted me. He said I needed an appointment to open a business account, so I explained that it was urgent and asked for the earliest available appointment. He checked other branches and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3:30 PM at the Colwood branch with an employee named Simran. I thanked him and left. Used to be my main branch. Useless to me now. If you are going to advertise "Branch with ATM" then have the ATM available after hours, otherwise edit your Google Listing so you stop wasting people's time.

They have changed the ATM room hours. Only open between 6-6. They redirect you to another bank. Great, the other bank has one out of service ATM, and the others deposit box is full. Sweet, now my bills have to wait an extra day.. Leaving this garbage establishment tommorow
