A great advisor at another CIBC location previously convinced me to move all of my family’s banking, investments, and financial accounts to CIBC. However, after a very disappointing experience at the Colwood branch with two staff members—a so-called experienced advisor and a new hire—I was ready to move everything back to another bank. Amazing people doing fabulous job
This is literally the worst cibc bank I've gone to. The atm is almost always out of order for withdrawing or depositing money, and they lock up super early (sometimes 30mins-1hour early and you can't access the atm at all). Staff are not helpful and give incorrect information, I would suggest going to literally any other cibc.
