I recently visited CIBC to open an account. I had booked an appointment in advance and the only issue was that I received a message saying my appointment would be confirmed by email, but I never received that confirmation. Despite that, when I arrived, my appointment was in the system and everything went smoothly. Technically, they're not able to do many basic stuffs or they're not willing to help their customers. Ultimately, had to visit different branch
This Cibc locks doors 5pm everyday so u cannot get money, claiming homeless sleep there? I think they are BS…. They won’t even put a machine facing outside or build second door and wall so people can access one machine?? Stupid branch manager!
