It’s very sad to see people that charge this much for a haircut, take from a blessing box that is meant for homeless people and it is every employee, including the owner.
I came in as a first time walk-in not expecting anything thing special, just a cut. Jo took me on as his client and delivered an exceptional service. He was personable, professional and provided an excellent haircut! Would recommend him for any one looking for a barber in Rock Hill. P.s if you have a receding hairline like mine, he won’t push you back. Definitely will be back!
