The food is excellent but was sad that you now have to pay for the salad that used to come with the meal and that there is now a charge for splitting an entree. :(
Great food and great customer service. Originally got Laurie's order wrong, so they comped it.
It has been a few weeks since I "ate" at the new place and I am STILL in mourning over the old Ciatti's. New is NOT improved. I can find that "generic sports bar' feel at any number of chains. Old Ciatti's had a cozy intimacy, a place where people "dined". Completely lost here. Loud, drafty and the food was only 'meh'. Such a let down.
My new favorite place to eat. The lunch buffet is amazing... looking forward to trying new things at my next visit.
Great food, atmosphere, service and prices. Loved the sauce on my lasagna and my wife's walnut crusted salmon was fantastic! Like this place better than the former location. Going back soon.
We were looking forward to a nice family meal since Ciatti's is our daughter's favorite restaurant. However, after sitting at our table for 20 minutes we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere after several staff walked by never offering drinks or even checking on us. Quite disappointed with our experience tonight.
