Ciara helped us sell our first home and purchase our second. She made both sides extremely easy for us as sellers and buyers. She has a wealth of knowledge and was always available to talk through any ideas we had. We were so ready for the headaches that come with buying and selling but Ciara handled every curveball thrown our way and helped us navigate it with ease. We cannot recommend Ciara enough if you’re wanting to buy or sell.

Ciara was nothing short of spectacular! As first time homebuyers, it was easy to feel overwhelmed. But Ciara helped ease any concerns we may have had by making sure we didn’t feel rushed, and that we knew all the possible outcomes. Most importantly she took the time to get to know us and really hone in on what we were searching for in our first home. She has a wealth of knowledge and consistently supported our needs along the way with kindness and grace. Ciara was an invaluable resource, and I cannot sing her praises enough!
Our experience with Ciara selling our home was amazing. From the first meeting she explained the process clearly and was very helpful with suggestions for getting the best price for our property. By far, the highlight of the entire experience was her communication with us along the way. She was always accessible and responsive and took the stress off of us as we moved to our new home 5 hours away. The house listed on a Friday and we had an offer the next week.
Ciara was amazing as our realtor! She was super responsive and communicative throughout the process and always made herself available to us! She stayed on the sellers agent when things were getting delayed and truly went above and beyond for us. She explained everything to use thoroughly when reviewing paperwork and contracts.
