Ordered a pizza and made the mistake of not checking it before I left to go home. I get home excited to eat and I see a box full of slop, wet cheese, doughy crust that was this uncooked pizza... I’m so disappointed in this place. I used to love the pizza here & the staff, but neither are true anymore. I got a large pizza yesterday for carry out, when I got home it was undercooked, I couldn’t even pick up a slice because all of the cheese fell off. It was complete SLOP, it wasn’t cooked through AT ALL. Long story short, I called and asked if the manager was there b/c I wanted a refund. My wife and I enjoyed coming here and our son was getting baptized. We decided to get catering from Ciao. They have always been so nice and even the regulars are very friendly. I bordered Ziti (full sheet), Chicken Parm(half sheet), and sausage and peppers (half sheet), for about 20 people. Everything was excellent. They even threw in a full sheet of these rolls that were smothered like garlic knots.
