My husband and our 2 children went to Ciao’s last night. We recently moved to the area from Myrtle Beach and were looking for some real pizza. The pizzas are awesome. The service was absolutely awesome. The hostesses greeted us with smiles on their faces. Our server, Rachel, was wonderful and extremely attentive. We had an incident with my 2 year old son...he started getting sick before our dinner had even come out. The service was bad, the waitress messed up our entire order and then blamed it on the cook, yet she still brought it out knowing it was incorrect. I asked for a manager who defended the waitress and tried not to acknowledge the errors, when we asked for a discount all he offered was to redo the food which we were already eating because the waitress wasn't checking on us. We got more service from a waiter that wasnt our waiter. I would NEVER return to this restaurant and will tell everyone I know not to go there either

The food portions were generous and the staff was ultra-friendly and attentive! We were traveling to Burlington and just stopped in - wish we were closer, we'd be regulars!
This place never disappoints me. Great pizza, delicious Italian eats. Fresh bread and tasty soup. Nice array of salads.
