Tried this place spontaneously about 2 weeks ago and I was completely blown away!! From quality of ingredients, the absolute simple deliciousness of the food, to the amazing owners and their clean well ran establishment.. All very impressive!!!! Everything is made right in the open so you can watch them make your food with the freshest pasta and ingredients… I’m still waiting to go back and try something different.. This was our third time eating at Ciao Pasta, and we’ve loved it every time! We’ve tried the spaghetti and meatballs with Al Sugo, ravioli with Al Sugo, and this time tried another pasta and sauce combination. Everything has been fresh and delicious. We’ve also had both the tiramisu and cannolis, which are definitely worth saving room for. But honestly, the garlic bread is the star of the show — we have to get it every time! We happily make the drive from Greencastle for it — definitely worth the trip, and we’ll be back!
