The most obnoxious staff I've ever encountered in downtown Petoskey. We live in Harbor Springs and this doesn't compare. Get over yourself- your store is overpriced and your attitude stinks. Without customers you wouldn't have a store.

Love this store for its quality and unique products. Just ordered and had items shipped to me since I’m not in Northern Michigan currently. Highly recommend
This shop is exquisite. They have gorgeous bedding and unique pieces of furniture. I especially love their collection of Maileg mice and other Maileg children’s toys. The guest service goes beyond to ensure you have special encounter in their establishment.
Very exceptional customer service. Nicole was so helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely be shopping here instead of Williams Sonoma for the excellent service that was provided.
