Worst experience ever! I had an appointment at 3:45 I checked in via the text link I was sent. I was then given a message that they would send me a message once they were ready for me. 15 mins had passed so I called to see if they had an eta on when it would be my turn. I was then told in a very rude way that she had been waiting and could no longer take me due to the time that had passed. Called to get a last minute appointment for my daughter's 18th birthday dinner. She was stressed out about her hair and they were very accommodating and saved the day! She was extremely pleased with her hair, the stylist, the atmosphere and how engaged that everyone was with her. She left beautifully styled, relaxed and happy. As a Dad, this saved the day for me! Well done Ciao Bella!!
