This was my first time at a blowout bar, and my hair has never looked prettier! The salon itself is beautiful, and everything was easy, from making the appointment online to the actual service. Vivien did such a lovely job with my coarse, thick Asian hair. She really took her time and was honest and thoughtful about what would work best with my hair. I really appreciated that, and the end result was beautiful. I’ll definitely be back for my next big event!

Do not come here terrible customer service I had an appointment. The stylist did not care. Continue to working on another client and just left me sitting there with no communication. I would never come back here again.

Worst experience ever! I had an appointment at 3:45 I checked in via the text link I was sent. I was then given a message that they would send me a message once they were ready for me. 15 mins had passed so I called to see if they had an eta on when it would be my turn. I was then told in a very rude way that she had been waiting and could no longer take me due to the time that had passed. Vivian is amazing—she really took her time and made sure everything was perfect! My blowout turned out beautifully, smooth and bouncy.
