The server had a long beard that brought out my sandwich for me and was very nice, but a huge problem occurred right after. My first bite into the sandwich gave me a long curly hair, and I almost puked right there. When I showed them they apologized, but only gave me half price discount. I wasn't too happy at all... I am not returning...
I agree with ziggiefoodie - not the same!! – I haven't been back to Worcester in 10 years and decided to visit some oldies that were still around. Ciao Bella was one of them. I remember going there and getting fresh food as well as large portions. The portions are HUGE but the quality seems to have slipped. My son went the other night and said it was wonderful however. I think this restaurant is great for college kids or young adults who eat one meal a day and need to save money. As for me - what ever happened to Tianos?
Spend your money elsewhere. seriously. – This place is so inconsistent that it's just not worth it anymore, especially paying $15 for sub-par food. It's amazing what's passing for food nowadays. I was so disgusted with the quality of a meal last night that I'm signing up for the first time to write restaurant reviews. I've noticed people really liked the amount of food for the $$, but really, is bad food worth it? 2 lbs of slop is still slop. Example: For my boyfriend's meal, the fettuccine carbonara was a sauce soup with so... read more
Good stuff Ciao Bella has an expansive menu and pretty good Italian offerings. The service is fast and the staff are friendly. It can be a little expensive but the portions are usually large and can be split into leftovers.
Good Pizza! – Good pizza and pasta dishes. Best for take out though as the seating is limited and not very welcoming due to the space. Staff is great.
Not bad... I have eaten take out here a few times. The food is OK, the service is fast and the prices are reasonable. Not bad if you are in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here.
Decent Quick Italian The food is ok, nothing special in my opinion. The prices are a bit high but the portions are fairly large so I guess it evens out. They only accept cash so plan ahead.
OK food This is a small place that offers limited seating and does a lot of take out. There is often a line at prime time and I wouldn't want to sit to eat because it is loud and in the Winter it's cold because the door keeps opening. The food is OK in my opinion but a lot of people think it is really good.
Ciao Bella has a 4.4 star rating with 655 reviews.
Ciao Bella is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
