Failed to figure out cause of truss uplift. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of truss uplift would look for ventilation issues, even when conducting a structural analysis. This company failed to do so. It was like having a physical and the doctor failed to take your blood pressure. They should have refunded some of their fee for their failure, but they refused to admit their mistakes.
