The most incapable HOA. The developers of my community have ties to the HOA and Laura Tate, the person who oversees our HOA, is HORRIBLE and married to one of them. How is this not a COI? Anything that benefits the builders is not enforced and we only see watered-down financials about how our dues are spent. We have the absolute highest dues in the area with 0 accountability from the HOA. When asked, residents are gaslit and never given real answers.
Yall do not help at all, I’ve been calling for 2 weeks back to back about resolving the HOA issues from back 2024 which I’ve never knew of whenever I bought the house back in 2025, I’ve been getting told someone will go over and check it out and still nobody has done shit, and supposedly there’s no more HOA in Kirkmont community anymore so why is it so hard to get this cleared off to sell the house? Very disappointing honestly never again

This is hands down the worst management company ever. Our previous HOA company was much cheaper and did a significantly better job. Now, we are paying over $1,000 annually, and our rates keep increasing without a single visible improvement to the community. Trash is left everywhere, and they do absolutely nothing to monitor homeowner behavior or enforce noise rules after 10 PM.
