Called this HOA management company to request costs associated with the sale of the home. They do not provide all the costs without you having to pay for a resale certificate packet first. They don't even tell you how much the resale certificate packet costs. So to be clear, this is a company hired by the Summer Lakes HOA who makes you go through another third party organization just to figure out how much it's going to cost to sell a house. These fees aren't state secrets...
