The most property mangement team to threaten, bully , control, and manipulate residents. Under this culture, people there are very cold hearted , rude , and evil. Don't be naive to think they care about your neighborhood. They care about their authority they have to control you. You are sick, lose a job, or have a family loss, they will have no sympathy for you at all.
I live in the reserve at clear lake neighborhood and new property manager does not care to return a phone call. I left couple messages but no response from the lady manager. Todd was previous manager and always good on n responding and responsive.
I won’t give any Star very unprofessional. I Send out the emails several times never get any response very unprofessional. I don’t know why HOA still having as a management company like this.
Legit, helpful, patient and friendly office vibe and professional receptionist. Knowledgeable no-nonsense staff makes everything clear and understandable. Note: this is not the HOA itself as far as the decision makers or members it’s only the payment center where you go and pay your dues and fees. You can also get your payment history and make payment arrangements.
