I called the office today and was on hold for more than eleven minutes. I am trying to resolve a payment issue. CIA notified me of a missing payment from the last quarter. My bank sent them the proof of payment. I received another letter today that the payment is still missing and interest charges have been applied. This experience is distressing. Please contact me.
They have been REPLACED!
Called to get any proof in writing that I paid my dues for last year (2020). Would not do it after not even recognizing the name of our subdivision. Paid for last five years and not able to get any proof of payment for even those times is appalling and without regard to the services we pay for faithfully and annually. I expected better
These people don’t even deserve a one star rating, but you have to give them one just to share your experiences with them. We had a board that wasn’t up to par, our neighborhood bill should’ve been about $975.00, and with a board that was not complete, and no one really watching we were getting billed over $2600.00 (not lol) on top of that they were giving themselves raises that weren’t approved. Not to mention all the bull nose lies. If that’s what you want for you community, call them up
