Really appreciated the attention to detail in the inspection report - will definitely be interested to work with CIA Home Inspection again in the future for my 1 year home inspection. The builder for my new home repaired all the items that were listed on the report, and I am thankful to have worked with David to check out the home prior to the final walkthrough.
