Man the paper trail doesn't lie.
Worst customer service I have dealt with after being a customer for over 3 years. I asked why they didn't reach out before having my car towed, and lou's response " sounds like you want us to do more work so you can do less." Referring to my car being outside my shop for more than 5 days, and they had a notice on it for 2 days. If you do business with them, plan to cater to them and don't be gone too long from your shop or don't plan to travel
Great properties and super staff. Paula is always helpful. Aaron really cares about his tenants.
