Jerran was truly great on getting us started on buying a vehicle. I knew which car I wanted. He never tried to talk us into looking or considering anything else which I liked. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu car from this dealership. While the car buying experience was decent. The car itself gave me issues after 2 days of purchasing it. I've been back to the dealership twice letting them know about my concerns. The car vibrates while driving. They didn't offer to trade the car in for another 1.
