My two children attend occupational therapy at CI and work with Miss Michelle and Miss Diana. Both OTs are so incredibly kind and patient with my special needs children. My kids absolutely love their therapists (and each other's therapists!) They look forward to coming here every week and I have noticed improvements in both of them since starting. Michelle is truly incredible. My daughter has unique needs and is mostly nonverbal, but Michelle takes the time to deeply understand her comfort, mood, and communication cues. She goes above and beyond to discover her interests and thoughtfully integrates them into therapy, making each session both engaging and effective. We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Miss Diana for my daughter’s occupational therapy for about a year, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From day one, she has been kind, patient, and incredibly skilled at what she does. Miss Diana has a wonderful way of connecting with kids, making sessions both fun and productive. I highly recommend CI. My daughter has ADHD and dyslexia and struggled a lot with social communication and also organization in school and at home. They helped her so much and the therapists were so friendly and amazing with her. Even her school counselor was impressed by the difference she saw in her. She has since "graduated" beyond the need for their services and is doing great on her own and I am very grateful to the team at CI in Wausau.
The team at CI has been our therapy family for years! We love them! I refer them to anyone in need of a service provider in our community.
