I waited on hold for over 15 minutes to make an appointment. I gave up, but will try again. I had seen Dr. Stoner in the past and waiting on hold to make an appointment while the office staff checks in patients doesn't make sense. Divide the time between those needing an appointment and those already in the office. The recording I received was "there are no calls in the que", which to me means that my phone call should be answered quickly.
Dr. Stoner's professionalism is so apparent, like a fine musician that has played Bach over and over again. "Fraidy cats" like me completely forget to be nervous around this dear, caring human being. I'm in the hands of a skilled and polished doctor and friend at the same time.
I have been seeing dr Stoner for about 15 years. As a survivor of severe physical and sexual abuse it is of the utmost importance to have caregivers that are sensitive to my issues. Dr Stoner and her staff have always hit that mark. I would not hesitate to recommend her practice.
I love Dr. Stoner. She is compassionate and listens to her patients intently. I never felt like a number or just another body in her office. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gyn!
