I am disabled/handicapped, walked (with use of my walker) in 3 minutes late for my son’s simple buzz cut appointment and was told I had to come back another time because we were late. Due to traffic and trying to find a parking spot which is VERY limited!! It caused a slight delay. And the attitude was unprofessional and not appreciated.
