I use to love Cheryl and that everytime I took my frenchie there she was well taken care of. That’s why I am giving her a 2 star and not a 1 star. However, today my mother brought my pup there for a normal nail trim (I am very ill at home) and Cheryl passed my dog off to her daughter, whom has never trimmed her nails before. When my dog was brought home I noticed her dog bed was covered in blood and multiple nails were cut so short that Cheryl's daughter cut into my dogs flesh.
