Manager is unfit to run a business. Spray bottles and paper towels are always empty. My biggest issue was they suspended my son from child care for 7 days because another kid PUNCHED him in the stomach so he PUSHED him away and then the kid punched him again. My son was suspended for PUSHING the kid away that was assaulting him and even the manager agreed that he was defending himself but she just kept saying “we have policies any physical touching is a suspension” she said the kid shouldn’t react and let the teacher handle ... read more

So, annoying that I pay extra to have kids fitness. I book a class for 7pm and rush off of work to be told their daycare is at compacity. They should hire more workers if this is the case. If this happened only once I could understand but it's been multiple instances. The response I got from staff was that I can go to another location?!?! I'm sorry but do you see gas prices lately on top of what I already pay in gym fees for a gym that I can't even bring my kids to when I pay for that.

I've been going to Chuze for about 8 months now. Been to many all over Jacksonville and Gainesville. This one on Philips Hwy is easily my favorite. The equipment is in good shape, when it does end up breaking it is quickly fixed. All the staff is nice. Of course is has issues like all gyms such as equipment not being put up after others use it. But the staff always seems to be going around and cleaning up after others from wiping down machines to re-racking weights someone left on the ground. The Sauna also seems larger than... read more
