I have been working out at Bailey's / Chuze Fitness for 31 years. It has been exciting to see the expansion and improvements made over the years. The equipment and staff are top notch. I would especially like to recognize Joe, who is outstanding with customer service and is extremely knowledgeable with the workout equipment. The recovery room is awesome!

I’m literally sitting in here with no help. The gym is closed off for the workers. However, one of the workers came in and I explained to him that my keys are stuck in the locker and I didn’t set the code so I don’t know it. He calls the Gm and assistant manager and no one is willing to come up here to get the key to help me out. I literally have no extra money to pay 300 for a lock smith to get my car keys out of the locker. I’m really disappointed because I’ve been here for 2 hours and can’t get to my kids.

The early morning and weekend staff are so great! They are kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The Lift Lab is a really nice feature with great equipment. The recovery amenities are lovely and have made a big difference in my routine. Areas of improvement: Equipment and cleanliness needs improvement. With this being a 24/7 gym, the open gym floor needs to be scrubbed multiple times a week.
