Clean and friendly
Visited the club (a chuze) for a workout for the first time today, Brandon was a rockstar front to back. Professional, friendly, hard worker, multi tasker, etc. 10/10 would recommend dealing with him if you are checking out this club. He made the experience easy, got my 7 day trial activated in a timely manner, and over all just made the experience great. Was an afternoon visit so club was slow. Gym isn’t massive but they have a lot of great amenities, especially the Lift Lab area. Nice work Brandon!
I really enjoy this gym, and the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk employee working on Saturday around 5:00 PM was completely different. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very disrespectful attitude toward members. Customer service is an important part of any business, and her behavior was unacceptable. The employees are very friendly and make a point of greeting you when you come in. The place is extremely clean.
The bathrooms and shower areas are always gross. The instructors leading the classes are rude, and general staff does nothing around the gym. The majority of the time the gym smells gross.
